The Chaos Insurgency is a formidable adversary of the SCP Foundation. Originally created by an 05 Council, they gained independence in 1948 and began freeing SCPs and Class D personnel, as well as eliminating Foundation personnel. They were once known as MTF Team 'Red-Right Hand 1'. Now, under the leadership of 'Delta Command' and the guidance of 'The Engineer', they strive to (try) protect humanity.
