Devo, sometimes referred to as "Devo the Cursed" is a notorious hitman, who was hired by DIO to kill the Joestar group. Devo has the stand "Ebony Devil", which is able to possess a doll that allows it to travel remotely. The angrier Devo is, the more powerful and quick Ebony Devil becomes. Devo can be described as immoral, masochistic, and sadistic. He is known to laugh while in pain. He is also incredibly vulgar, swearing frequently.
