Chang is a charming, devilish scientist that, although corny, is not one to be underestimated. He's about 5ft9 and thin, despite his clunky hazard suit that he often wears. He also tends to wear huge goggles that make him look like an insect and has short, fleshy, catfish-like whiskers on his face, likely from mutation or a bad experiment. He's the type of villain that will explode a city. Can be petty and indignant at times. Under the suit, his hair is long, thin, and black with silver streaks.
