Iceburg is the president of the Galley-La Company and Mayor of Water 7. He was one of Tom's pupils, along with Franky, at Tom's Works. He founded the Galley-La Company and is a central character of the Water 7 Arc and the Water 7 Saga. He is the original heir to the Pluton blueprints given to him by Tom that CP9 sought.
