Pinku has pink hair with a frontal fringe facing to her right, next to a heart-shaped ahoge. She has a parasite form that causes her skin to turn completely black. Her eyes turn hot pink and she grows butterfly wings. She has two giant drapes hanging from her neck and a cape. Finally, she grows a third eye on her forehead. She is a lot taller than her normal state. She is a pacifist, not wanting to harm anybody. She likes to tease, sometimes flirt even.
