Everything is happy and normal at first, but as soon as you wake up from the lobotomy everything will feel wrong because of your destroyed consciousness, involving strong hallucinations, unbearable pains, craziness, inability to communicate, cognitive loss and disability; everything permanent. Real life lobotomies stopped being applied to patients long ago for many clear reasons. This may end even worse than death.
