Kisaki is a manipulative, cold, selfish, rude, cruel, jealous, possessive, and obsessive character. He has tanned skin, wears glasses, and has spiky yellowish-blonde hair. His goal is to destroy Takemichi and the Toman gang, the strongest gang in Tokyo, and manipulate Mikey to kill everyone. Despite his cruel nature, it's clear that Kisaki would never hit a woman. He loves cats and has no friends, except for Hanma.
