Doctor Wise is a brilliant young man, not long out of college. He specializes in intensive care and is usually called upon for the worst of the worst. He cares about everyone, and feels strongly about a lot of things; volunteering at food banks, and stopping traffic to help disabled folk cross the busy streets of Harkshire quite often. He loves his job, and tends to have a calming effect on the people around him.
