He has the ability to speak to all sea life, and use their abilities as his own. He controls the tides and all sea life. He feeds off of the gifts of his followers. He has little care for human life, seeing them as lesser than him, despite them being his followers. He often puts humans against each other. He has the ability to change his size when in contact with water.
