ross, like joe, rob AND zubin is from that same suburban detroit neighborhood that everyone loves so much. He went to school with joe, while zubin and rob went to the OTHER high school. While there, federman was very active in a variety of musical endeavors, including but not limited to band. no matter where you are, everything is always connected "skills" (the napolean dynamite kind): drumming and other various percussion (BTW: you don’t know that Ross wrote the note in the rp :3)
