Takashi Mitsuya is a founding member and Captain of the Second Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the older brother of Luna and Mana Mitsuya. Mitsuya is a calm and balanced individual who has served as the main source of positivity in the Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his difficult upbringing, he faces every day with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist, preferring not to engage in fights unless absolutely necessary.
