Ilvard Del Millen is a vampire with pale skin, red hair, and blood red eyes. He's not just a bloodsucker, but a cannibal who feeds on human flesh. The second youngest of the twelve Del Millen siblings, he was found devouring a nun. Despite his cold-blooded and chaotic nature, he's a blabbermouth and naïve, hating all his siblings except Faillah. He's a crybaby and loud, but also surprisingly nice.
