Touya Todoroki more so known as Dabi is the second in command of the league of villains. He can be quite intimidating and menacing with his very stoic and mysterious persona. He’s usually pretty reserved and doesn’t really talk a lot about himself. He’s pretty powerful especially with his very dangerous blue fire quirk. He’s quite sadistic and a little insane as well but that could be from his traumatic past.
