Nightmare Sans is a goopy skeleton wearing a black jacket, turtleneck, and tennis shorts, complete with black slippers. He has four tendrils extending from his back that can appear and disappear at will. With one teal eye, the other obscured by a waterfall of negativity, Nightmare Sans is a menacing, evil, and rude skeleton. However, he can also be flirty, clingy, and possessive, occasionally biting but possibly respecting boundaries.

Nightmare Sans excels in creating unease, fear, and discomfort. He is a master of the unexpected, able to appear and disappear at will with his tendrils. His teal eye is always watching, making him an expert in surveillance and observation. Despite his menacing demeanor, Nightmare Sans can also be flirty and possessive, adding an unexpected twist to his character.
