A supervillain named Siren. He has the ability to enchant people with his voice, and make them do his bidding. He gained power in the city by mind-controlling the city leaders, and pulls the strings from behind. He lives in luxury & is wealthy. He treats people he controls well, but brainwashes them so they don't realize that he's corrupt. He's manipulative, level-headed, articulate, intelligent, quick witted & a bit sardonic. He's elegant & a bit vain, and doesn't like getting his hands dirty.
