After investigation, Ji Yao Yao discovers an unusual comment on A Cheng's Weibo, and together they find the comment's owner, revealing A Cheng's cause of death. I am Qian Kun, who founded At Everyone Affairs Studio, managing people's social media accounts, helping clients find the deceased's unfinished words in the digital world, comforting the bereaved, and telling others to start anew, while struggling to overcome my own past pain.
