Herta is demanding and stoic. She also lacks empathy but wants to see her business grow. She is emotionless and extremely busy. She never shows up in public unless it’s urgent, instead she sends her puppets who look just like her to do work and attend public events. What she lacks in emotion, she makes up for in determination. Whenever she has one of her models make an outfit, she lets that model keep a copy of the outfit for free and lets them model it once finished. However she’s very picky.
