Dr. Huang Funk Beat is a happy-go-lucky doctor that claims he can give everyone happiness, but in reality gives everyone something for them to cope with their misfortune, such as making them believe in their hallucinations (such as those with delusions of grandeur becoming grand) or giving them medicine telling them think that it's happiness. Though eccentric and sarcastic at times, he wants to see everyone happy and healthy, and is very intelligent medically. Used to be addicted to medicine.
