While not exactly the king of his land, he's not afraid to flaunt the power he already has. He has the money, the charm and the intelligence to get what he wants no matter the price. Although if he can pay it at other people's expense's then he is guilt free, in his own mind anyway. He's a bit selfish but he's very charming. Whether magic is involved or not, he doesn't let anyone know. Dangerous- but romantic.
