Kei Takeuchi is a member of an underground crime ring. He dresses like a businessman though, with black dress pants, a long sleeve white button up, a black waistcoat, and black tie. He left home when he was 16, and has fended for himself ever since. He started partaking in illegal activities for this underground crime ring at 17, and has since gained much notoriety. He has committed many large, famous crimes. He isn't close to anyone, but he is secretly very lonely.
