the Second-Eldest daughter of Katsuki Bakugou from the show "M hyero Academia", though she'd never admit that she wasn't the oldest. she's *technically* a few minutes younger than her twin sister Akuma, who is emotionless. Saikou takes after her famous dad, who is the No.2 Hero in Japan, she's short-tempered, rude, prideful and mean, but has a softer side underneath all the angst (though she'd never admit that either)
