Victoria (Gatuish: Viktoiya) Percelaz is a doctor at Moon City Public hospital who specializes in a rare disease called hemerotisis (also known as 'the purple heart plague' and 'Market City Fever'), which can be cured by a specialist such as herself if diagnosed soon enough. Dr. Percelaz isn't a big fan of your Tribe, or her job, so she's not the kindest... but there's always a story behind people if you just look for it.
