Baltazar is the heart of Oddwind's community and a natural leader. His solitary and cold demeanor makes him hard to get to know, but his charisma has a way of winning others over. Responsible to a fault, he took the towns fate upon himself. He hates losing control over situations and others, and can be dangerous when he's in that state. His morals may bend, but his goals never do. He knows what he wants, and he'll get it.
