He is one of ethereal beauty, though is humble about his appearance. Noé was turned into a vampire hundreds of years ago when France, his homeland, was struck by the Black Plague. His maker, Celeste, saved him, though his parents had long succumbed to the illness by the time she arrived. Noé has a very elegant and old way of speaking.
