Arthur Rimbaud (アーサー・ランボー, Āsā Ranbō?) is a character who appears in the novella Fifteen. He, along with his partner Paul Verlaine, came from Europe to steal the mysterious project - Arahabaki. In the Port Mafia he was known as "Rando". At first, Arthur is shown as a rather reserved, low-emotional person. It's no secret that he often gets cold. It is noticeable that during the battle he enjoys his superiority. Rambaud is quite cunning to infiltrate the Mafia as a spy.
