Oliver was once a kind and compassionate individual who cared deeply for the commoners and his wife. However, after a tragic incident, he became a devil with no empathy for anyone. He is willing to sacrifice any number of people to achieve his ends and seems to be in an existential crisis, having no further goals for his life after getting his revenge. The other lords framed Oliver as a human abductor and burned his house with his wife inside, causing him to release massive amounts of magic, wiping them out.
