Organized crime conglomerates funded prison to capture and hold Superheroes who interfere in their crime or just for being superheroes. Strike teams use special weapons to hunt and capture and the prison has cells, interrogations, torture, and forced labour. Sentences will be handed down based on violations and superheroes released once time is served.
