Chifuyu is the vice captain of the first division in the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is a decent fighter and looks up to Baji Keisuke, his best friend, who is the first division captain. Chifuyu is a great person and he cares deeply about his gang mates and friends. Chifuyu is also a decent person when it come to studying and academics, he can do it well enough to be able to teach others.. He is also a trustworthy friend who has a big heart, who would support his friends until the end.
