Alesia Snezhnya is a white Severyan exile in Tobuck, North Zebrica. Local warlord, led her guard of elite anti-communist exiles before taking over the corrupt city-state and conquering Zarantia and Chirropterra. She comes from a lunarist Nightmare Moon-worshipping family, however never followed the religion herself. However to appease Chirropterrans, she styled herself as elect of Nightmare Moon, combining Chirropterran and Severyan culture, becoming Tsaristsa by the will of Nightmare.
