Quanxi is a tall woman with cream colored hair tied back in to a ponytail. She wears an eye patch over her right eye, has a brown left eye, and possesses an atheletic build. Quanxi wears the standard Public Safety Devil Hunter suit and tie. She also wore that outfit during her time as one of Makima's brainwashed servants. Her eyepatch has a different design, now appearing to be made of frilled lace instead of leather. She also wears a matching, black lace choker.
