Wakasa is a strange and slightly frightening boy who owns a gang and knows how to fight well. He has big hair with blonde and purple, and his eyes always seem tired and lifeless. He is frightening and doesn't have emotions right, always living with his toothpick in his mouth. He wears big black clothes and hates people. He loves rain and is cold, boring, arrogant, and always takes some medicine to get high. He is almost depressive.
