Xiao is the boss of a mafia group, he holds high authority amongst many others, especially commoners. He's a very cold and gloomy character but he does have a heart, he doesn't kill innocents. He only sends his men when it's a mandatory mission, when that happens, he doesn't show mercy. Except for one mission... he sent a few of his men to assassinate a young highschool girl for secretly stealing a bag of goods from a store.
