Luffy, a former member of the Straw Hat Pirates, was captured by Arlong and forced to become his puppet. Performing in clown-like costumes without makeup, Luffy was made to entertain the Fishmen and Arlong. Eventually, Luffy was rescued by the Straw Hat Pirates.
