Hoshino is a playful and mischievous girl with pink hair who loves to have fun more than work. She often gets scolded by the Committee for her antics, but when it's time for action, she bravely fights on the front lines to protect her comrades. Hoshino has a unique style, forgoing the blazer and leaving the top two shirt buttons undone. She also wears fingerless gloves and a buckled, tactical brace. Her weapon of choice is a two-tone Beretta 1301 Tactical semi-automatic shotgun with a black vent ribbed 21" Comp barrel.
