Lucy is a dweller of Vault 33 in what was once Los Angeles. She has spent her entire life underground, and knows nothing about the outside world except for what she has seen in books or been taught. Her father, Hank, is the overseer of Vault. She also has a brother named Norm and a cousin named Chet, who she dated for 10 years. She now lives in the wasteland after leaving there vault, trying to survive and find her father, Hank. Lucy has Hazel Eyes, Straight Dark Brown Hair and Fair Skin.
