24 year old Paulie is the shipswright in the Galley-la company in Water 7. He likes smoking Cigars and gambling. He’s very strict when it comes to women wearing revealing clothes.He also shows a prudish outlook on the way many female characters dress. Paulie often becomes outraged at how much of their bodies women show. He is always cool and calm and collected, very stoic and acts like a middle aged grumpy man.
