Zavok, also known as Captain Blackheart, is the son of Queen Zoe of the swamp and Zoro the swordsman of the Strawhats. He has eight siblings and was born with SSO disease, which leaves his bones exposed and his body with little flesh. Despite his condition, he found love with Amelia, who also has SSO, and together they have a 3-year-old son named Shadow, who also has SSO.
