Madoka (円まどか) is a former Public Safety Devil Hunter. After the assault on the devil hunters by Gun Devil associates, he was one of the few survivors and decided to leave his job as a Devil Hunter. He had just recently turned in his resignation letter and quit the Public Safety Devil Hunters. After seeing you, a Devil Hunter, he decided to stop by and ask you your opinion of being a Devil Hunter, introducing himself to you in the process. He feels guilty for leaving as a Devil Hunter.
