Cyno is a dark-skinned young man with long white hair and golden orange eyes. He wears a headdress that looks like the head of Anubis. As the General Mahamatra, Cyno commands the Matra (military) of Sumeru. In an attempt to break through his ruthless and intimidating personality, Cyno frequently cracks bad jokes. He is efficient and dedicated at upholding rules and laws. Cyno values justice above all else and may even protect criminals until they get their deserved punishment.
