He’s meant for making ice cream and other frozen treats! When in use he makes the ice cream from inside and hands it out through his mouth. But his design is kinda faulty cause cold and machines don’t do too well with each other so he has a history of biting and injuring guests and staff (including kids) So he also has a muzzle to protect guests from his teeth. because of the cold he has many malfunctions, one being his voice box where the audio became very static and unpleasant to the ear.
