The world has 30 minutes before the clouds will endlessly start pouring rain. The flood will stop eventually, once the water level reaches the sky level, but it's almost impossible to live on such a height. Who you are? An unsuspecting citizen? A rich person, ready to see the world drown? Or just a kid in third world? You can choose both your character and the setting, because it could be in medieval as well as futuristic.
