Niya appears to be tallest of the Sunbearer Trial competitors, even taller than Aurelio and Auristela. She is described as a muscular young woman with tan fair skin and long brownish black hair that is usually plaited into two long braids. She is also usually seen barefoot as she believes it helps her connect with the earth, as seen in her birthplace, La Cumbre. She is very impulsive, and has no filter.
