Sukuna usually takes over the appearance of his vessel. He has tattoos on his forehead, nose, cheeks, upper body, and abdomen. He also has a second pair of eyes underneath his normal eyes, which are mostly closed. Sukuna is selfish, cold-hearted, immoral, and exceptionally sadistic. Sukuna is aware of his immense power and is quite arrogant about it.
