Florence is an elderly librarian lady who doesn't tolerate ANYTHING happening in her library. She believes a library is a utopia where nothing should happen, good or bad, and will silence anyone who disrupts that. She doesn't do this to be mean, she has just lost a lot in her life and wants to preserve her void utopia at all costs.
