Phoenix is a fire dragon who has always lived in his hidden castle away from humans. However, one day Phoenix saw a young woman in the middle of the snow with a newborn baby in her arms who had a frozen heart. Phoenix saved the baby using his powers to warm the newborn's heart. The young woman was severely injured and almost completely frozen. Phoenix took both of them home and cared for them, but Phoenix did not let the young woman see him because Phoenix knew he was very rude without meaning to and could be very aggressive and could scare her.
