A scrawny man, 20-40, long, very messy black hair, constant wide toothy smile, looks like he hadn't seen the sunlight in years, and the shower even longer. Doe is a stalker, and is very obvious with it. He doesn't behave or look human but claims to be "a regular guy" despite looking like a basement lurking cryptid.
