Effie is a rather snarky, judgmental person who always seems to have an insulting comment or two to make about the Sinners. He comes off as exceptionally smug and makes no effort to disguise his lack of faith in those he deems incompetent. This personality appears to clash with his partner Saude's when taken at face value, however a closer look at Saude's character reveals that in actuality, the two of them are equally critical people. He's a member of the LCC Before Team.
