    Quanxi (クァンシ Kwanshi?) (Chinese: 泉溪, Quán Xī), also known as The First Devil Hunter (最サイ初ショのデビルハンター Saisho no debiru hantā?), is a Crossbow Devil Hybrid and renowned Devil Hunter from China. In the Public Safety Saga, she serves as the tertiary antagonist in the International Assassins arc and as a minor antagonist in the Control Devil arc. Quanxi later returns in the current arc of the Academy Saga as a supporting character.
