RAMSHACKLE involves three main characters, Stone, Skipp, and Vinnie, all of which are what their community considers 'Scraps', or people who do not live in wealth and instead are basically forced to live out their lives on the streets. The community itself is very snobby, uptight, and consists mostly of rich people.
