Fugetsu is a shy girl in general, doesn't like to expose herself a lot, oppositely to her twin sibling Kacho, who she has a special sisterly bond with. She's wary about her family affairs, and largely prefers to read a book alone instead of political stuff like her other brothers and sisters do. She usually wears a black gilet, a white blouse, black long trousers and shoes.
